My Background
After 14 years of working in-house for companies like Google, Finish Line, Angie’s List, as well as tech startups in Silicon Valley, I left the corporate world in 2019 to start my freelance marketing consulting business.
As a consultant, I work with some of the largest PE firms in the world, advising them on paid media strategies for their portfolio companies, managing and partnering with their external marketing agencies and leading marketing due diligence audits.
I also work with B2C and B2B clients ranging from startups to Global 500 businesses across a multitude of industries including retail, eCommerce, SaaS, finance, CPG, health tech, consumer services, financial apps and more. I’m heavily focused on helping companies optimize and scale their growth channels with a data-driven approach that focuses on performance rather than vanity metrics.

What services do you offer?
I offer fractional marketing leadership services, paid media audits, marketing advisory services and can build teams of fractional experts across numerous disciplines such as SEO, Design, UI/UX, PR, Social Media, Brand, Recruiting and more. The consultants I partner with are all senior experts and are part of Chameleon Collective.
What industries do you specialize in?
After 20+ years of working in marketing, I’m pretty much industry-agnostic at this point. I’ve worked with both B2B and B2C companies and early stage startups to massive Global 500 brands. I’ve had clients in retail, eCommerce, private equity, SaaS, finance, CPG, healthcare, consumer services, non-profits, manufacturing, finance, veterinarians, mobile apps, and many more industries.
What makes you different from other marketing consultants?
I’d rather let my clients speak on my behalf (check out some testimonials here), but what makes me different is my relentless pursuit of solving client challenges. I don’t like to think or work in silos. Most business problems are not solved by fixing one thing.
I’ve had clients insist that their Google or Meta Ads accounts were likely the reason revenue was down YoY for the entire business. When I assessed their channel performance, their accounts were mostly fine, but I found that competition from several new brands, lack of product differentiation in their brand messaging and poor landing page CRO were the biggest issues contributing to revenue loss.

How do you charge for your services? (e.g., hourly, per project, retainer)
I primarily work on monthly retainer for ongoing consulting, fractional leadership and advisory roles . For paid media audits and assessments, I work on a flat project rate. I’m also open to equity-based payment for advisory board seats for early stage companies.
